• Coordinated an Approved Strategy via LDWF to Expand Oyster Farm 2 via a Coastal Use Permit Application through LA Department of Natural Resources.
  • Received LA State Legislative Approval – Act 71.
• Finalized an Approved Plan to Construct an Oyster Processing Facility at Commercial Dock.

• Coordinated FY24 Commercial Dock Lease Payments and Signed Leases.
• Coordinated FY24 Oyster Farm 2 Lease Payments and Signed Leases.
• Achieved the successful Dredging of the Barataria Bar Channel with Coordination of the USACE.
• Completed Installation of Six (6) Additional Port Security Surveillance Cameras ( All GIPC Properties Under Security Surveillance)
• Completed Repairs of Six(6) GIPC Capital Projects – $3,957,233M

• Updated the GIPC Website to include Current Membership,  Announcements and Meeting Notices/Minutes.
• Established Fraud Prevention Policy on GIPC Website.
• Coordinated a GIPC Key Activities Weekly Report to Port Commissioners and Staff.
• Completed 2024 Annual Sexual Harassment Report.

Social Perceptiveness

• Executive Director Elected as Vice President of the Ports Association of Louisiana and Participated in Monthly Meetings representing the GIPC.
• Participated in Bi-Monthly Grand Isle Levee Board Public Forums and Presented a GIPC Key Activities Report with Talking Points.
• Participated in Bi-Monthly Grand Isle Town Council Public Forums and Presented a GIPC Key Activities Report with Talking Points.
